Ask for Prayers & Pray for Others

Please be in prayer for Chris & I while on our 3000 mile treck across 4 states. Pray for safe travels, health & fun. We love yall & will miss our church family over the next 2 weeks.

Pray for my coworker, Scott Jenkins. He had back surgery last week and has a spinal fluid leak. He can’t hardly walk and will be going home this Saturday in a wheelchair.

Please pray for Jen and I as we head to MD Anderson this Tuesday so I can begin TIL therapy. We will be away until at least August 20th, and we would deeply appreciate your prayers. Please pray for our safe travel, for the treatment to be completely successful with minimal side effects, and for God to watch over our home while we are gone. Pray for Jill and Mike W. as Mike undergoes intensive cognitive therapy in Utah for 2 weeks. Praise the Lord that he has brought them so far in healing.

An update on Bruce. The recent chemo has proved to be ineffective at slowing or stopping the cancer growth. All treatment options have been exhausted at this point. Please pray for us as we adjust to this news. Pray that we would trust our loving and gracious God, depending on Him to meet every need as we walk this new path. Please keep our family in prayer as well.

Please pray for my Becky, the Dr and staff as on Monday she begins her cataract surgery in both eyes over the next 4 weeks

Update 2 (07/23/26)
Jordan is doing well and preparing for surgery. He is scheduled to have surgery on August 19th where they will reconstruct the area connecting to his kidney. After surgery he will be out of commission for a month. Please pray for Jordan and my daughter Taylor's as they deal with this issue. Also pray as they go through this the Lord continues to make his way into their hearts and pulls them closer to him.

Update:
Thank you for your prayers. During surgery they found that it wasn't a kidney stone but it was a upj obstruction. It shows up similar on a CT scan. He could have had this his whole life and never knew it. They put in a stint and he will have another surgery in a couple weeks to repair the obstruction after the inflammation goes down. Praise Jesus it was found because if left untreated, it could lead to kidney failure. Thank you again for your prayers!

Original Prayer Request:
Please pray for our daughter Taylor's boyfriend Jordan. He was admitted to UT tyler last night with a very large kidney stone that won't pass. He will be going into surgery later this evening to break it up. Also please pray the Lord shows himself to both of them during this concerning time. I have been praying hard for them to welcome the Lord into their lives and the last couple conversations with my daughter have led me to believe that it's starting to work. I pray that they both recognize just how amazing a relationship with the Lord can be and that even in the most difficult situations there is nothing more calming then knowing the Love of Jesus. Update: David is on goat's milk and overall is doing better and gaining weight but still has occasional trouble keeping his meals down. Please continue to pray for David and this entire precious family. -Thank you for praying! Ron

Update 2: Please continue to pray for Becky's daughter Kasey and the Lord to move in her heart and restore and reconcile the relationships in their family. God is moving in some ways, pray that he moves mightily, opens her eyes to see the Lord, and come to him faith Please also keep Becky's Aunt Rose in prayer.
